Aginnovation Acquires Centor Europe to Strengthen Seed-Enhancement Portfolio Across Europe
(Lodi, California, and Andijk, Netherlands, 9 July 2025) – Aginnovation, LLC today announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Centor Europe , a Netherlands-based specialist in seed-coating binder, colorants, and related services. The transaction expands Aginnovation’s footprint inside Europe, Middle East and Africa and accelerates the company’s ability to deliver integrated solutions that help seed companies unlock the full potential of their seed.
