The LF300 is a precision-engineered film coating machine designed for uniform, seed-friendly treatment of a wide range of seed types. It uses gravimetric dosing and recipe control to ensure high accuracy and consistent liquid application across the seedbed.

At the heart of the machine is a 300 mm steel rotor with adjustable speed, coated with a PU liner for improved grip. The surrounding stator, made of steel and finished with a hard chrome layer, creates a durable and controlled coating environment.

The LF300 features an axial discharge system that enables gentle seed handling. During treatment, the rotor moves vertically inside the stator, with two manually adjustable paddles on the top plate to guide seed movement precisely and gently.

To prevent contamination, an integrated fan generates airflow between the rotor and stator. A transparent cover and LED light provide the operator with a clear view of the process, while a manually adjustable atomiser ensures fine, even distribution of the liquid coating. A dust extraction point is also integrated into the upper plate for a cleaner operation.
